Tubeline is in development and not yet live. This page sets out the terms for using this website, what it does and does not collect, the risks of the activity it describes, and who owns what. Please read it before relying on anything on the site.
1. Terms of use
1.1 Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. “Tubeline”, “we” and “us” mean the team building Tubeline. These terms cover this website only. The Tubeline protocol, its SDK and any app will have their own terms, published before they launch.
1.2 What this site is
This site describes a cross-chain settlement product that is being built. Nothing on it is live: no order can be placed, no funds can be sent, and the “Preview an order” slip is a demonstration that moves nothing. Statements about the future, including the source chains planned for launch, audits, a bug bounty, the SDK and mainnet, describe current plans. Plans can change, and we may change or withdraw them without notice.
1.3 No offer and no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any token, security, Stock Token or other asset, including $TUBE, in any jurisdiction. No token sale is taking place. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to take any action. Take independent professional advice before making any decision.
1.4 Eligibility
Robinhood Stock Tokens are not available to US persons, and Tubeline does not change who may hold them. Any future Tubeline service will not be offered to persons or places subject to sanctions, or where its use would be unlawful. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
1.5 Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it to impersonate Tubeline.
1.6 Ownership
The site’s text, code and engraved artwork belong to Tubeline unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to it. Do not reproduce it in a way that could suggest an endorsement, or pass yourself off as Tubeline.
1.7 Links to other sites
Links to other services, such as X, are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
1.8 No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including that it is accurate, complete, current or free of errors.
1.9 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
1.10 Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Privacy
2.1 What this site keeps
This site has no accounts, no forms that send data, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. It keeps two small values in your own browser’s local storage, and they never leave your device:
tubeline.dispatch.best: your best score in the Dispatch game.tubeline.soundHint: that you have seen the note about sound, so it is not shown again.
You can remove both at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The preview slip keeps nothing: the amount you type stays on the page and is gone when you leave.
2.2 What the site loads
Every font, script and image is served from this site itself. The site makes no requests to third parties while you browse it.
2.3 Hosting
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record standard technical information about each request, such as IP address, browser type and time. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.
2.4 When this changes
If we add anything that collects personal data, such as a sign-up for launch updates, we will update this notice first and say what is collected, why, and how to have it removed.
3. Risk disclosure
Cross-chain settlement and digital assets carry serious risks. These are some of them; the list is not complete.
- Loss of value. Digital assets and Stock Tokens can lose some or all of their value, quickly.
- Smart contracts. Contracts can contain bugs or be exploited, even after audits. An audit reduces risk; it does not remove it.
- Cross-chain risk. Settlement depends on more than one chain. Outages, congestion, reorganisations or failures on a source chain or on Robinhood Chain can delay or prevent an order.
- Couriers. Orders are filled by independent couriers (solvers). A courier may not fill an order; unfilled orders expire.
- Stock Tokens. Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood under its own terms and eligibility rules. They track an equity’s price but are not the shares themselves. Their availability and terms are set by Robinhood, not Tubeline.
- Regulation. Laws on digital assets are changing, and may restrict or end access to a product or token in some places.
- Keys and wallets. Transactions signed with your wallet generally cannot be reversed. Keep your keys safe; no one from Tubeline will ever ask for them.
3.1 $TUBE and scams
No $TUBE token has been deployed and none is for sale. The contract address shown on the home page,
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, is a placeholder: it is a burn address, and anything
sent to it is lost for good. Do not send anything to it. Any address, presale or airdrop claiming to be $TUBE
before an address is published on this site is not ours.
4. Notices
4.1 Independence
Tubeline is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
4.2 Trademarks
Robinhood, Robinhood Chain and Stock Tokens are trademarks of their owner. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Solana and the other names on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the networks and products they name, and their use implies no affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
4.3 Artwork
Every image on this site is drawn live in your browser.
